High frequency welded finned tube is to use skin effect and proximity effect of high-frequency current to heat the outer surface of steel strip and steel pipe until plastic state or melting, and complete welding under certain pressure of winding steel strip at the same time. This high frequency welding is actually a solid phase welding. Compared with inlay, brazing (or overall hot dip galvanizing) and other methods, it is more advanced in product quality (fin welding rate is high, up to 95%), productivity and automation.
